Golfer's elbow is a condition that causes pain where the tendons of the muscles in the forearm connect to the bony bump on the inside of the elbow. The pain can spread to the forearm and wrist. A golfer's elbow is similar to a tennis elbow, which occurs on the outside of the elbow. It's not limited to golfers. Tennis players and other people who repeatedly use their wrists or squeeze their fingers can also develop a golfer's elbow.
